Strength and Conditioning is more than just lifting weights – it encompasses entire development of the athlete and what is required to improve physical performance, including speed, agility, quickness, balance, endurance, core stability, mobility and strength.

I can work with your sports coach/ trainer to assist in designing specific programmes to address your particular needs. A periodised programme that targets strengths and weaknesses whilst taking into consideration your competition schedule will produce the best possible performance.
