You've made the decision to find out more about personal training, which could well mean you've reached a plateau or sticking point in your current routine, or simply would like to know more about what personal training  is all about.

My aim is to help you identify your training objectives, translate these into a set of goals then design a clear path to work towards those goals.  

Your medical history, current activity and fitness levels are taken into consideration from which a programme is then put together.

Importantly, your safety is paramount, which doesn't mean you'll get an easy time when training.  Being challenged is important to create new stimulus and encourages development and improvement, but we do all of this on a backdrop of intelligent and appropriate exercise choices.

Personal training sessions can be 1-on-1 or tandem (2-on-1)
